- 26 m2 studio + 9 m2 loft bedroom and a large terrace with sea views. The perfect studio to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Recently renovated, the 26 m2 studio is very bright, sunny and cosy. It has a loft room with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for two people. In the living room, there is a 160x200 cm, 16 cm thick sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. New top quality mattresses. Air conditioning hot/hot and heating for winter. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has all the necessary equipment to cook simple dishes. Full bathroom with shower, heater and hairdryer. The apartment is located on the first floor of a bungalow without a lift. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with international channels. - Towels and sheets are not included, only upon prior request at an extra cost of €25 per person. Household linen is not provided, only upon prior request and for an extra charge of €25 per person. 1. **Check-in time:** The latest time for check-in is 9:00 pm. 2. **Late check-in:** After 9:00 pm, late check-in incurs the following additional costs: - €20 between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm. - €30 between 11:00 pm and midnight. - €40 from midnight. 3. **Restrictions from midnight:** No check-ins will be accepted after midnight without a justified reason and prior notice. In the event of a justified check-in after 9:00 pm, the corresponding charge will apply. This amount must be paid in cash to the person in charge when the keys are handed over.

We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.
