We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.

Casa Tojo is in a central location, 5 minutes gentle walk to the beach. Also surrounded by good restaurants, cafes and bars, to suit all budgets, 2 big supermarkets and 3 parks within 2 minutes walk. But is still enclosed in a secure, quiet complex. The central location also means you are close to shopping and the Siam Park The large pool is communal but very quiet. The house has pool and mountain views. The airflow through the house keeps the house cool. The complex also has free parking.

Waking up to an open sea-view. Being at home on your vacations 200 sqm, furnished with stories and furniture from all over the world -moroccon tiles and wooden floors. Three light flooded bedrooms with big windows and all of them with access to terrace or balconies. Open living and kitchen area, a partly roofed terrace with a big table and seaview. Upstairs two big balconies with sofas and a hammock to sun bathe on or chill out-and maybe to sleep outside under a sky full of stars.

Now with perspective we are sure we have found the perfect balance.

Parque Santiago 1-Villa-sea views-luxury-3 bedroom

Villa in prime location in Playa de las Americas. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and several private terraces. You are less than 100 metres from the ocean front promenade that takes you to Cristianos or to Costa Adeje. Las Vistas and Troya beach are 15 minutes walk. Parque Santiago 1 is a favourite for tourists. The complex has a pool with sea water. Ideal location for families looking to stay in a private residence but in the absolute centre.

Casa Fisco

Casa Fisco is a cozy house located in the quiet village of Tijoco Bajo, ideal for those looking to get away from mass tourism. Just five minutes from the house, you'll find two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a bus stop, ensuring convenience during your stay. In addition, the beach is just a 10-minute drive away, and shopping malls are five minutes away, making it easy to access everything you need.

The garden offers to the guests a chill out and BBQ area. Air conditioned throughout. The complex features a communal swimming pool and parking. It is located within just 400m to the beach, close to transport links and local amenities.

Community pool, ample parking area, hospital, supermarket and shopping centers less than a 5 minute walk. Having 3 heights is not recommended for people with reduced mobility
