It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Accessible by elevator and a few more steps. Breathtaking sea views from the entrance! 94 m2 apartment and 30 m2 of wrap around furnished terrace with chill-out lounge, 2 sun loungers, electric awnings. Kitchen with quality appliances, and a dining room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities, fifty meters from the beach. It's not necessary to rent a car as you can easily access everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer. From July 7 until the end of September 2025, there will be work to replace the elevator. (The apartment is on the first floor). I apologize for any inconvenience.

Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
