We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave the house and the wind rises, it will automatically retract.

Bright and newly renovated Studio apartment located in the most touristic area of Torrevieja right on the promenade with views of Playa del Cura beach. It is suitable for 2 guests and it is fully equipped (appliances, washing machine / dryer, bed linen, towels, kitchenware) with WIFI and air conditioning. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

It's a 15-minute walk away. There are two bedrooms for guests. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Internet and television are available. The largest shopping center, Zenia Boulevard, with its 150 shops and numerous restaurants, is just 300 meters from your vacation home.
