Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de la Reya

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

They are a wonderful couple, they are super friendly, the apartment is very comfortable, we loved it 🥰 we are grateful to them.

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is quiet but just a few steps from the beach and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The parking was a bonus and requires a bit of manoeuvring if you have a large car but is very close and secure. Very well equipped.

We really couldn't have chosen better place for our vacation. The house is super good, the airs cooled to top, it is pet friendly, clean and the beach is super close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

It was a great stay at Amber's. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

What a beautiful place to stay and a wonderful location. Hosts were fantastic, open and always available to help. The apartment was a WOW!! amazing location with lovely balcony and solarium, so happy to have stayed here and we will be back.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

we had a problem in the accommodation due to the previous tenant PM was notified , he offered us another accommodation that we refused because the rented accommodation corresponded to my mother-in-law's needs which is reduced mobility in compensation he allowed us to leave a little later which suited us. the contact person was very friendly.

This place is just perfect. The views are so amazing and we could never get bored of them. The apartment is so tastefully decorated and the furnishings are so lovely and modern. The apartment has everything you need and more. Highly recommend

The location is very good, playa nearby, down the main street. Restaurants, and prepared food sites, supermarkets, cerquita. It has everything, pans, cutlery, glasses, washing machine, microwave,very, very complete. Cleanliness, extraordinary. The shower is very strong, we were four people and everything was great. The communion with Maria, very good, always attentive. Difficult access to the apartment with the car, we park on another street and arrived on foot. the street that sticks to the floor, it's noisy, with the bikes, vehicles and people passing by and all being a bass and not having shutters, you hear everything. We've been to May and there wasn't a lot of movement and we got along well, but in summer time, I understand it will be worse. Otherwise, very happy with the choice, we recommend it.

Right from accommodating our late arrival with someone to meet us and show us the apartment to allowing us to have a let checkout Soledad Jimenez was the perfect host! The apartment has all the things you need for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Vera Playa. Easy access to the beach and good local restaurants/bars. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice and cozy apartment less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Very well equipped, quiet area with free parking. Tewfik was very available and gave us all the information we needed. Super price. Highly recommended.

it is the most wonderful place in the world: a magical place between the mountain and the sea, on the beach , just a few steps to be on a wonderful virgin beach ( and nudist) with crystal clear waters with colorful fish, the house is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay including snorkelling gearing and an incredible terrace with garden over the sea have been my best vacations in a long time thanks to this wonderful house, if you can not hesitate to stay here: you will be very lucky

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

A romantic place right on the beach. It feels like you've spent the summer there with the family for decades. If you are looking for modern luxury, you may want to choose a different location. Luxurious here is the place that makes you feel right at home. The decor is personal, cozy and has history. Marta was always reachable. Those who are lucky rarely experience the construction site. We hope that this place will remain for a long time.
