Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de la Reya

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

Maria és a családja végtelenül aranyos, kedves, és segítőkész volt velünk. Az apartmann jól felszerelt, akadálymentes, és szép a kilátás a teraszról a tengerre. Torrevieja tengerpartján számos csodálatos strand van. Az apartmann a közeli strandtól egy utca választja el. A városban számos kulturális-; szabadidős-; sportlehetőség is biztosítja az aktív pihenést. Húsvéti héten jártunk a városban. Csodálatos volt minden! Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is quiet but just a few steps from the beach and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The parking was a bonus and requires a bit of manoeuvring if you have a large car but is very close and secure. Very well equipped.

La verdad que no pudimos haber escogido mejor sitio para nuestras vacaciones. La casa esta super bien, los aires enfriaron a tope, es pet friendly, limpia y la playa esta super cerca! 100% recomendado! ❤️❤️

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Amber. Ein sehr schönes Apartment, alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend, 200 Meter zum tollen Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hemos estado en la casa de Brigitte mi familia y yo, fue una estancia estupenda. Yolanda la que cuida de la finca siempre pendiente y amable, muy flexible en la hora de entrada, la casa muy cómoda. Lo único que falta es un aire acondicionado pues hace mucho calor, pero en el anuncio no ponía aire acondicionado así que no fuimos engañados, solo comentó para mejorar la finca ya que es espectacular en todo. Además las playas y el pueblo magnífico de bonito y tiene todo que necesitamos para unas vacaciones muy buenas. Muchas gracias Brigitte y Yolanda por todo, lo recomiendo seguro.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in der Wohnung von Wietske! Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool, den man sich mit den anderen Mietern teilt und die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und direkt vor der Tür ist ein super Restaurant! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und war sehr gepflegt! Der Strand direkt an der Wohnung ist nicht ganz so schön, wenn man aber ein Stück geht, findet man ein paar schöne Ecken und mit dem Auto kann man zu vielen schönen Stränden fahren.

Die Unterkunft war für uns ein echter Glücksgriff. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit den alten Türen hatte es uns angetan – richtig gemütlich und mit viel Charme eingerichtet, sodass man direkt in Urlaubsstimmung kommt. Die Umgebung ist auch super: nette Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, eine schöne Promenade zum Spazieren oder Shoppen, und zum nächsten Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Eve, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war total herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – ein bereits kaputter Wäscheständer wurde zum Beispiel sofort ersetzt. Supermärkte und gute Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge gibt’s ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Rundum eine richtig schöne Ecke zum Wohlfühlen!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

nous avons eu un souci dans le logement du au précèdent locataire PM a été averti , il nous a proposé un autre logement que nous avons refusé car le logement loué correspondait au besoins de ma belle-mère qui est a mobilité réduites en dédommagement il nous a permis de partir un peu plus tard ce qui nous arrangeais. la personne de contact était très sympathique.

This place is just perfect. The views are so amazing and we could never get bored of them. The apartment is so tastefully decorated and the furnishings are so lovely and modern. The apartment has everything you need and more. Highly recommend

La ubicación es muy buena, playa cerca, bajando la calle principal. Restaurantes, y sitios de comida preparada, supermercados, cerquita. Tiene de todo, sartenes, cubiertos, vasos, lavadora, microondas,muy, muy completo. La limpieza, extraordinaria. La ducha tiene mucha fuerza, fuimos cuatro personas y todo estupendo. La comunión con María, muy buena, siempre pendiente. Difícil acceso al apartamento con el coche, aparcamos en otra calle y llegamos andando. la calle que pega al piso, es ruidosa, con las motos, vehículos y gente que pasa y all ser un bajo y no tener contraventanas, se escucha todo. Nosotros hemos estado en mayo y no había mucho movimiento y lo hemos llevado bien, pero en época de verano, entiendo que será peor. Por lo demás, muy contentos con la elección, lo recomendamos.

El apartamento está fenomenal, tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Además, tanto el sofá como las camas son muy cómodos. La anfitriona es muy amable y responde rápido a los mensajes para resolver cualquier duda o problema. En la nevera había agua, refrescos y Zumos como detalle de bienvenida. La persona de contacto muy amable también y nos explicó todo lo de la casa y la zona muy bien. Aparcamiento privado dentro de la urbanización y acceso directo privado a la playa.

Apartamento bonito y acogedor a menos de 10 minutos de la playa. Muy bien equipado, zona tranquila con aparcamiento gratuito. Tewfik ha sido muy disponible y nos ha dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos. Precio super. Muy recomendable.

es el lugar mas maravilloso del mundo: un lugar magico entre la montaña y el mar, en primera linea de playa , bastan unos escalones para estar en una maravillosa playa virgen ( y nudista) de aguas cristalinas con peces de colores , la casa es muy bonita y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia maravillosa incluido snorkelling gear y una increible terraza con jardin sobre el mar han sido mis mejores vacaciones en mucho tiempo gracias a esta casa maravillosa, si puedes no dudes en quedarte aqui: seras muy afortunado

Fantastische accomodatie. Jacuzzi op prachtig dakterras, buitenzwembad en verwarmde jacuzzi binnen omheining van het appartementencomplex en zee en prachtig strand op zeer korte afstand. In de zee is het makkelijk inlopen. Modern ingericht appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Sympathieke verhuurder. Zeer aanbevolen!

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

Ein romantischer Ort direkt am Strand. Man hat das Gefühl, dort schon seit Jahrzehnten mit der Familie den Sommer verbracht zu haben. Wer modernen Luxus sucht, sollte vielleicht einen anderen Ort wählen. Luxuriös ist hier der Ort, der einen direkt zu Hause fühlen lässt. Die Einrichtung ist persönlich, gemütlich und hat Geschichte. Marta war immer erreichbar. Wer Glück hat, erlebt die Baustelle nur selten. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Ort noch lange erhalten bleibt.
