Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de La Concha

We passed the may bridge and couldn't have chosen better. A beautiful area, wonderful surroundings and the house with everything you need to feel right at home. Highlighting Almudena's attention, who always helped us and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back.

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, everything was super clean, Begoña was very nice, she recommended things to do, everything was very clear. The house had all kinds of amenities, I think it's the only place we've been where we can go in and live a normal life without having to go to a supermarket to buy basic things. We'd love to come back another time. PS: He left us 2 umbrellas ☂️ and a parasol in the apartment, ⛱️ which was a luxury, as well as some beach chairs.

We went to spend Christmas and felt right at home. We went with our dog and they didn't put any sticks on us. The perfect apartment, and very close to the beach And Gloria as a very good host, pending our arrival and any questions we had, she was quick to respond

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

The cottage is beautiful and full of carefully chosen details. From the colours to the fresh jasmine or the details on the towels. Everything is clean and well cared for, with everything you need to spend a few days. The place is quiet. Having breakfast and dinner while listening to the birds is wonderful. Whoever stays has to take care of the house because it is clear that a lot of love has been put into it. Thank you for the welcome touch!

Gorgeous duplex apartment with amazing views of Playa Trengandin, surrounding mountains and cliffs...even better than the photos in the listing! It's also cozy, comfortable, beautifully furnished and fully-equipped for long stays. Minutes from a stunning beach and close to everything, but quiet as well. I worked from here for a week and everything was perfect, I was even able to work from both terraces! I just wish I had more time in Noja to enjoy this lovely home. Rebeca is also a great host, friendly, flexible, responsive and helpful. Can't wait to return to Noja and this wonderful apartment. Muchas gracias Rebeca!

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

The host is very friendly and helpful!There are many shops near the house, and it is close to the beach!The house is on the 5th floor with an elevator, not only that, we want to praise the host's hospitality, we love the variety of coffee machines, it's very convenient and meets everyone's needs.

José and his mother have been very kind and attentive. We have been recommended local places to eat, shop and visit. The cottage is close to beaches and has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. The little garden where we had a barbecue, gives the house a plus. We'll definitely be back.

Cuchi met us and immediately we felt at home. The location is handy for everything and on one day we cycled all around Santander as they let us use their bikes. Our stay in Pedreña's apartment was exceptional. The views over the bay of Santander, with the city in front, the dunes of Puntal and the estuary of the Miera river, are impressive, even with mist. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves every half hour for Santander, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations for the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

What a wonderful place! hard to imagine ever getting tired of the views across the river to San Vicente town with the beach in the foreground and the Picos de Europa mountains in the background from this wonderful little apartment. Great communication throughout - would absolutely love to come back.
