Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa de la Carihuela

This place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable; especially the bed. Small amenities, such as a robot vacuum, electric candles, and the table top oven offer a fun, novelty experience. The hostess is friendly and responsive, making the place feel even more personal. If you’re looking for a small apartment, in walking distance to both the beach and the train, for 2 people (or maybe 3 at a push), then this place should be perfect for you. We have just returned from a four week stay at this fabulous apartment. Firstly Carolina is a Super host without question. She's kind, considerate and goes over and above to make your stay perfect. I bombarded her with questions before our stay and she responded promptly and was so helpful. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice. It's spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped and yes the terrace is superb with the sun hitting it around midday until sunset. There's various furniture on the terrace including two sunbeds. The walk to Carrefour is about seven minutes if that and there's a shop next door that sells most things which is open seven days a week. The walk to Torremolinos is about 20 minutes with a few hills on the way back. La Carihuela is about a 15 minutes walk if you go through the beautiful park and use the lift. It's so easy to get to but again a few hills on the way back. The apartment is in a very safe area and I would highly, highly recommend.

Ivan was very accommodating and we loved the pool and water slides. Great vacation spot!

Takket være videoen til Laura, gikk det fint å finne frem til leiligheten, og veldig kjekt med nøkkelboks. Vi har hatt en kjempefin uke i fin leiligheten, rent og pent, fine soverom og to bad. Leiligheten ligger veldig nært strand og restauranter, dagligvarebutikker og taxi. Vi koste oss på balkongen og det gikk fint å sitte ute og nyte frokosten. På kveldstid ble det noe støy fra fornøyelsesparken som ligger rett ved, men herlig med glade barn på trampoline 😊 Det beste av alt var aircondition, i stue og begge soverom, da det var tropevarme. Dette er en leilighet vi gjerne kommer tilbake til en annen gang. Anbefales på det varmeste ☀️

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to the city and beaches. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. We especially loved enjoying our mornings on the terrace with a view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in the area!

Jeg og samboer bodde i leiligheten i tre uker og hadde et flott opphold. Leiligheten var perfekt med to store terrasser og gode solforhold. Det var en gassgrill på terrassen og kjøkkenet var velutstyrt med blant annet toastjern, airfryer og Nespresso kaffemaskin. Det var flere aircondition i leiligheten, også på begge soverommene. Vi fikk trøbbel med internett etter det store strømbruddet i hele Spania, men verten var svært behjelpelig og fikset dette kjapt. Alt i alt - et flott opphold og leiligheten/vert kan virkelig anbefales! Vi hadde i tillegg besøk av et vennepar under oppholdet. Obs! Før innsjekk må alle gjester legge inn passinformasjon (iht. spanske myndigheter), noe vi ikke visste.

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

We booked Penelope’s beautiful villa a year ago, in celebration of Grandad’s big birthday. It was to be the first time we had all had a holiday together, with ages ranging from 70 to 2 years old, and young ones flying in from London and Sweden. The villa and pool were perfect in every way - generously and thoughtfully equipped, from the kitchen utensils to the toys, and the fantastic range of pool and beach games, etc. The furnishings are of a high standard and the villa spotlessly clean, with endless hot water, comfortable beds and other modern conveniences. We were two minutes’ walk from the beach and the main front, with a choice of restaurants and bars if desired. Penelope was close by and on hand to deal with any questions - she was so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. In short, we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and cannot thank Penelope enough for her hospitality.

Ulkotilat mukavat, grillikatos ja uima-allas, sekä poreallas! Sähköiset lukot mahdollisti kaikkien liikkumisen oman aikataulun mukaan. Sisäänkirjautuminen sähköisesti ja paikalla Vanessa vastaanottamassa hyvien ohjeiden kanssa. Sijainti täydellinen, asemalle lyhyt matka, josta pääsi junalla kaikkialle. Ranta ja ravintoloita myös lähellä. Oli täydellinen juuri meille, kiitos 🩷

Alojamiento amplio, luminoso y orientado al sureste, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en tu propia casa. A destacar; la limpieza, la tranquilidad y unas camas muy cómodas. A comentar; coche recomendable para desplazamientos por los alrededores, pero dispone de estacionamiento privado; terrazas amplias y equipadas de la misma forma que la vivienda.

11 dagen verbleven in het mooie appartement van Luuk. Met name het grote dakterras met vrij uitzicht was fantastisch! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de 2 zwembaden maken het af. door de hogere ligging inderdaad wel echt een must om een auto te huren. Luuk reageerde ook snel op berichten bij vragen. Echt een aanrader!

Logement très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. La montée par les escaliers peut demander un petit effort, mais la vue en vaut largement la peine ! Tout s'est très bien passé, je recommande sans hésiter. Merci pour l'accueil :)

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. Wirklich schöne Gegend und toller Ausblick. Das Whirpool ist ein Highlight und das Bett sehr bequem. Alles war blitzsauber und die Wohnung schön abgestimmt eingerichtet. Susann ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps. Wir haben abends die Unterkunft mit einem Gläschen Wein vom Whirlpool aus genossen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um Málaga. Nicht zögern, buchen, es lohnt sich.

Departamento muy cerca de la playa, comedor amplio , terraza , piscina .. lo único malo es que no lo recomiendo si vas con tu pareja y los niños. La habitación principal tiene poca privacidad

Det er ett fint sted, super sentralt med resturanger på alle kanter ved inngangen, allikevel var det helt stille i leiligheten. Balkongen var stor, privat og super solrik hele dagen, utgang fra både soverom og stue. Markisen kunne stenge sol og varme ute. Vi sov med balkong døra åpen og trengte ikke bruke AC, men dette var 15 oktober. Som beskrevet var stranda mindre enn 50m fra inngangen, leiligheten hadde 2 gode strandstoler og parasoll. Det var bare så bra. Eneste negative var det lave vanntrykket i dusjen men med god tid så kommer trykk etter hvert, ikke noe stort problem. Vi vil definitivt leie denne sentrale leiligheten igjen. Vi var 2 personer, men det var sovesofa der så stedet kan ha 4 personer.

We loved our long weekend at your stunning penthouse. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The views were breathtaking and we made the most of the glorious weather by sitting on the terraces and enjoying the hot tub. We can’t wait to return 😃

Nous avons été réellement charmés dès notre arrivée. L’endroit est encore plus beau et impressionnant que sur les photos et aussi super bien équipé. Nous voyagions avec notre bébé donc il était souvent plus pratique et efficace de prendre l’auto pour nous rendre au supermarché le plus proche ou à la grande promenade de bord de mer, mais cela se fait à pieds facilement (plus ou moins 15 mins de marche avec un peu d’inclinaison). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement tranquille loin du centre touristique (surtout en contexte de semaine sainte), mais à la fois facilement accessible en environ 20-25 mins d’auto. La grande promenade au bord de mer est magnifique et familiale. Nous avons visité beaucoup d’Airbnbs et celui-ci est un réel coup de coeur; je recommande fortement!

Très belle semaine en famille accueilli par Maria qui a été très gentille et réactive avec nous, ce qui est forcément un gros plus pour nous, ayant 2 bébés en bas âge. Elle a pu nous accueillir avant l'heure pour qu'on dépose nos sacs et qu'on puisse profiter de notre journée avec 2 bébés dans une poussette chacun donc tant mieux. Pareil pour le départ où l'on a pu prendre notre temps pour laisser l'appartement afin de ne pas être encombré avec nos valises en plus pour notre dernière journée. Donc un grand merci ! Très belle semaine à Benalmàdena, l'appartement est à côté de tout. Super pour une famille : grand parc, 50m de la plage, piscine ouverte en Octobre et très spacieuse, restaurants très bon à côté. Je recommande. Appartement très bien pour une semaine de vacances

The apartment was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, within less than ten minute walk to Benalmadena Pueblo (steep hill climb upon return which was no problem for us but possibly an issue for anyone with mobility issues). The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, the kitchen was equipped with every possible utensil and gadget you could ever imagine. The balcony was spacious and with a sea view. Lots of lovely little touches including a very welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all from surrounding apartments so sleep was peaceful and undisturbed. We went to the marina which was a ten minute taxi ride away and took the bus to Mijas Pueblo which was also lovely. We loved Benalmadena Pueblo and would not hesitate to recommend Anna's place.

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.
