The internet connection is by fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in the pine forest area and 100m from the beach, it is minimalist style and very comfortable, since to ensure accessibility, we arranged on the ground floor the master double bedroom with a 150cm bathroom bed "en suite" bathroom and another room with double bed 135 cm double bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 indiv.) and double bed.
