I denne romslige boligen, med terrasse og utsikt utenom det vanlige, er det god plass til et større reisefølge. Terrassen er på 160 kvadrat. Her har du sol fra morgen til kveld, og er 15 minutter gange unna den vakre Anfistranden og restauranter. Bassenget er felles for boligfeltet og ca. 100 m. unna boligen, der det også er butikk og kafé. Det er 4 store soverom med dobbeltsenger, og et av soverommene er studio med eget bad og kjøleskap. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
