Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Playa Brava

The apartment is quite spacious and with a very good location. There are pharmacies, warehouses and restaurants in practically the same building. It is recommended to bring shampoo, soap and conditioner as there were none of these products when we arrived. Also, cleaning staff entered the room when we were out without having consulted, which may be uncomfortable if there is no advance notice.

The images and descriptions correspond to the location. Região is beautiful and safe. A lot can be done by walking.

Here from US - very convenient location with great nightly rate. Quick 15 min walk to beach - chairs available to take if you drive. Great water pressure & hot water. Very nice to have washer AND dryer! I cooked most of the time & all dishes & pans worked great. Here on vacation but I think this would be great for work too! Hosts are very friendly & helpful. All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Beach service, tennis court, very good gym, heated pool, quincho and outdoor pool. In front of the mansa beach! Ivi always attentive! Thank you so much! A few divine days!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, peaceful, and had a spectacular view of the beach. We especially loved the BBQ and the indoor pool, it was truly a highlight of the stay. The only small downsides were that there was only one wine glass, and the kitchen knife could use some sharpening, as it barely cuts. But overall, everything else was excellent. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The house is sensational, we had a perfect stay, the spaces of the house are very well thought out and authentic. We love the speakers scattered by the barbecue area and pool. The neighborhood is really beautiful. As it wasn't summer we couldn't use the pool, even with the heating it was still a bit cold. We were in 6 couples, 5 settled very well however the last couple ended up in the beds on the floor. In the most the experience was sensational, I would return to Punta to stay in the same house.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

An all around great 10 days or so. The kitchen had more than the basics, apartment cleaning was regular, comfortable feel. Never needed a taxi to get around as the location is perfect. Laura is very responsive and also reached out to check in if I needed anything, etc.

Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.

Excellent stay! Very well located, in a green environment and close to amenities. The building is even better than the pictures... Belén's apartment was perfectly clean and had everything you need for our vacations. Belén is always attentive when we had any questions. I recommend this place as well as its hosts.
