Beautiful 2-story house with spectacular barbecue on the upper floor (with kitchenette, large grill and wood oven) that opens through a large window to a beautiful garden with a spectacular 18x8 pool. Ground floor with 4 large bedrooms, 2 with closets and the other 2 with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi, 5th bedroom A very quiet residential neighborhood, where you will only hear the birds singing. Very good location, equidistant from all the points of interest in Punta del Este

Excellent house in San Rafael neighborhood, large garden of 1600 m2, swimming pool of 8x4 meters, 3 blocks from the sea, excellent environment very safe and quiet area. Fully fenced house, very intimate and sheltered for the most privacy. It is a typical local chalet with recycled and conditioned Roman tiles for you to enjoy a nice vacation. It is remembered that bedding and towels are not included in the stay. In addition to the actual consumption of electricity and drinking water.
