Une villa d'architecte sur la côte sauvage avec ses belles criques pour la baignade en été et les ballades en hiver; la villa spacieuse avec piscine et patios est située dans un quartier résidentiel, calme, très recherché pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis; un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Elle ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants et aux personnes à mobilité réduite :escaliers, accès direct piscine, jardin en paliers, toit terrasse donc surveillance impossible. Pas de fêtes.

Disposa de 4 places per dormir, dues en una habitació en llit doble i altres dues en sofà- llit en el saló. Disposa de tots els electrodomèstics habituals així com aire acondicionat amb bomba de calor. Te dues terrasses, una davant del mar i l’altre a la part del darrera.
