Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Platja Els pilons

We enjoyed the place very much, felt right at home, and everything we needed was there. It was very cold over X-mass and New Year, but we had enough wood for the fireplace to keep the appartement warm. The location is perfect: close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. We can really recommend the place. Alberto was also very helpful and responsive in our communication. A beautiful house in a good location, easily accessible to beach and village on foot. The house is well equipped as described and was very clean. Nice welcome with cake ! Communication was hassle-free and very welcoming. We didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable

We had a wonderful holiday in Juan's home. It is located 2 min walk from a small family beach and other coves within walking distance where we were able to indulge in family snorkeling. We were also able to enjoy the pleasant pool in the house between two swimming at sea. Calafat is a quiet town on the Costa Dorada basically made of houses but with a small grocery store and restaurant all the same, far from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava and its tall buildings, which totally suited what we wanted. We still spent a day visiting Barcelona (at 1h30) and of course a day in Port Aventura (30 min). The kids were thrilled. The house has all the comforts you need, including fans in the bedrooms on the ceiling, which was much appreciated at night.Juan was responsive and friendly during our communications and Ana, who welcomed us on our arrival, very friendly. We spent a night three friends, but we would have liked to spend more days, the house is very well distributed, clean and has everything we need. The village and the environment are a beautiful one, especially in the month of May we have been. Àngels was very kind to give us flexibility in the time of arrival and she herself is very nice. We are delighted and hope to come back. We have breakfast in a barecito next to “Lo Cupet” , it is appreciated to have a bar next door for breakfast or lunch if you have not brought anything to cook. Thank you Àngels!

Of all the houses where we have stayed as a family group, it is undoubtedly the best. Ideal location 2 klm from the Santes Creus monastery that we did on foot and from villages with local restaurants with quality cuisine and at a good price. Also very close to Tarragona, Reus or Montblanc. Excellently equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. Spacious and comfortable common spaces, warm and stylish rooms, one of them a suite, ideal for an old couple, next to the dining room. Its history seduces as well: old village school and colony house. It has incentives for everyone: a football that has loved small and old, a spa, a pool - although it only works in summer -, outdoor corners to read under a pergola, a very well equipped barbecue, optimal heating and a fantastic environment.

For a beachside location -perfect - and just a 10 min walk to Cambrils centre which is one of the nicer towns on the coast. The property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Eugenie and Santi are perfect hosts, superb communication and super welcoming, nothing was too much. An absolute pleasure to meet you both. All in all we have very fond memories of an early summer break, thank you very much. Neil & Karen

Marianne has been pending on everything from us. For the activities we want to do it was very well located and easily accessible. We found ourselves at ease.

In Alessandra's apartment we were at home, the area is very quiet and the apartment has spectacular views and 2 minutes walk from a beautiful cove. Everything was super recommended. We loved it.

Clean and beautiful place!! Right in the center, but the accommodation is well isolated so it's very quiet inside. It is fully equipped, our host even put maps to visit the city, books... We have made several accommodations in Spain and this one is clearly our favorite! Very responsive host and good advice! I would 100% recommend!!

An absolutely beautiful flat and amazing location right above the cliffs and the beach. Very quiet, especially at night with nothing but the sound of crickets and the waves under a starry sky! Couldn't have asked for more in that regard. However, there are not a lot of local amenities. Be warned, you will need to drive to access most things from here, including bars and restaurants. We thought there would be some options on foot but discovered L'Ametlla is over 2 hours walk away! May have been that we were slightly off season, but you will need to taxi or drive to anything other than the beach. Would be ideal if you are happy to self cater though. We decided to cut our stay shorter than originally planned and the host was so helpful and responsive which was a huge blessing! We are very grateful we got to experience this little paradise.

The best part of our vacation in Spain! The location is unbeatable. Also el Choko pizza was an incredible restaurant with homemade pasta and pizza. Our kids had a great time on the beach.

This is a lovely place just a short walk away from everything in the town. You get the best of both worlds. It is easy to drive to and park at and you have a beautiful secluded patio where you can spend the afternoon, but it is also completely walkable and accessible to everything in the town. And great personable hosts as well. I would recommend this place to anybody!

We were a group of 9 adults and we had a lovely stay at Villa Moles. Very nice house, true to description and photos. Manuela is a attentive and responsive host. Nothing else to say. Everything was fine. It's a sure value that I would recommend. Thank you manuela and happy hosting

Accommodation as described, we were 9 people (2 families) on the full villa. We had a pleasant time between aperitifs, dinners on the terraces and relaxing with the boulodrome and around the pool. Dorothée is a host who is very attentive to the needs and requests of guests. Very responsive while being discreet and always with a smile! We sincerely thank her because we had a great time!!

A wonderful house. Four adolescents and a dog felt very comfortable with their parents. The pool was swimming daily. There was enough retreat space, and for the dog it was wonderful that the grounds are completely fenced. Corinne was immediately available for inquiries and helped very charmingly and expediently. The house was very tidy and absolutely clean. We will be happy to come back.

We were a group of 5 couples. Ideal for bathroom availability in all rooms. The decor is very nice, not modern but special. The very nice environment with many corners. The host was very friendly, so much for you.

The whole family went to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and we were very comfortable, the house is super clean and cozy, which makes you feel right at home. Marcos is a great host, he answers questions super quickly and kindly, he is always attentive. We'd go back without a doubt!!

Jan and Sonia have a beautiful house in a quiet beautiful area. The terraces and garden around the house are very nice. Jan and Sonia are incredibly friendly and respond very quickly to questions. We stayed in their house at the end of April, with two children from 7 and 10 years old. They loved the pool although it was still cold in April. The pool is very clean! We enjoyed our stay very much and made trips to Barcelona, Sitges and Tarragona, among others. The coast is also beautiful and we have often been to the sea. The house is a bit remote, which is wonderful for tranquility, but you really need a car to get everywhere. The roads are good so it's easy to get to the house. The supermarket is about a 16- 20 minute drive and the beach is about 25 minutes away. In short, a wonderful stay with friendly people. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a beautiful quiet area and wants to stay in an authentic Spanish house.
