Comfortable penthouse of 38m2 of house and 50 m2 of terrace. One bedroom apartment with a double bed of 150. Spacious living room with sofa-bed with Italian system. It has a room with a double bed (150cms), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (160cms), and a sink with shower. The terrace has a large outdoor table and under porch resting area, barbecue and two sunbeds, with beautiful views of the mountains and the sunset. Great for couples or families. The interior dining room communicates with the kitchen with an American bar, equipped with everything you need (hob, oven, toaster, juicer, washing machine, etc.). The terrace can be accessed both from the living room, and from the room. The lounge leads to a covered area where there is a large table where you can enjoy a pleasant meal and a table. Next door, there is a barbecue for guests to use. The room overlooks the uncovered area of the terrace, with two sun loungers where you can relax and/or sunbathe. -The guest is not expected to clean the apartment, but they do clean what they have used, in particular the kitchen. - Dogs are allowed, as long as they are duly polite and have them on the terrace.
