Disconnect from the routine in this unique place just a few steps from the beach. Somewhat isolated from the beach activities, it is located on the hillside , accessed over 79 steps . It consists of a double bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The view is spectacular and there is a large terrace with all amenities such as outdoor shower and sun loungers for sunbathing and a mini pool/reservoir for cool summer days. (open May-October)

Mi bisabuelo compró el terreno para hacer una pequeña casa de madera en la que su mujer, mi bisabuela, pudiese ponerse el traje de baño en un sitio privado. Era principios del siglo XX y la gente empezaba a nadar simplemente por placer. Finalmente decidió construir una casa y fue así el primer apartamento de playa en el Puerto de Sóller; por aquel entonces todo era campo y pudo elegir las mejores vistas y localización de todo el paseo marítimo. Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Vi opholdt os 5 overnatningerne i huset på bjerget. Vi elskede huset og den spektakulære udsigt. Fantastisk energi, ro, strøm fra solceller og drikkevand fra naturlige kilder. Pep var en perfekt vært, der hjalp os før opholdet med bookinger af padel og spa, han guidede os under opholdet og kom sågar med en pose frisk plukkede appelsiner. Selv efter opholdet har han stået til rådighed for os og vi er meget taknemmelige og kan kun give stedet vores bedste anbefalinger. Huset var fuld udstyret med køkkenredskaber, krydderiet, toiletpapir, skraldeposer, lækre håndklæder, sengetøj mm. Pep havde anbefalet os at leje en lille bil, men vi havde allerede booket en mellemstor bil og det krævede lidt færdigheder at køre op ad bjerget, men det gik uden problemer.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so clean a lovely home and thoughtfully equipped for our stay. The kitchen was great, we enjoyed cooking and using the barbecue in the garden. The garden was a highlight for us, such a beautifully curated space and somewhere to relax in private. You're a stone's throw away from the beach also. Antonia was incredibly helpful, she met us and showed us the space when we arrived though it was quite late and was always available when we had a question. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Can Joi. The host was super responsive and made travelling with a baby less stressful as a result! The kitchen has been recently renovated and modern and light, and a lovely space to cook and eat in. Easily walkable to the promenade, with lovely views from the house. As others have mentioned, not recommended if you have any mobility issues, or have to use a pram, as there are lots of steep steps up to house. Also, the bedrooms are on the second floor, and the bathroom on the ground floor, which again, might be tricky. The kitchen is also a large open space so can be difficult to heat efficiently. However, these are considerations to be aware of, and certainly didn’t dampen our stay. Highly recommended!
