My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the dining room and a bathroom, an interior patio and an exterior terrace. On the first floor, there is a living room with ocean views and a bedroom with an interior balcony, as well as another bathroom. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with an ocean view and a desk, two double bedrooms, one with an interior balcony, and the third bathroom. The living room has a fireplace for winter.
