Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains.
