Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Platja de Xeraco

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The apartment is very good, it is spacious, very comfortable and nice, it is also well equipped and everything is very new, I totally recommend it. The only thing I didn't like were the surroundings, if you have a car to get around it is not much of a problem, but if you don't have the one you probably depend a lot on taking taxis. As for Carl, very friendly and attentive throughout the stay.

We arrived quite late at night to pick up the keys and thank you for being very friendly! The apartment is just in front of one of the best known beaches in the area. We leave enchanted at the time of our return ☺️

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

In short, we will be back!

Hello! Pass the Easter Bridge at Iñaki's apartment and a wonder 🙂 the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony are incredible…. I recommend it 🤩

The accommodation is well located a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store right next door, very convenient. The kids enjoyed playing on the square at the foot of the building: small playground and fountains.

Súper airbnb. I did a lot of it and it is by far one of the best equipped, no need to come on vacation with its sugar, salt, olive oil etc.. there is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding is great. The accommodation is pretty and very pleasant to stay in and the residence is very quiet. We'll be happy to go back.

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only need a small door on the garden fence, although there is no danger since the development is closed.

Great house near the beach. Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with its location, design, several great terraces and comfort. Glad to come back!

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick communication and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. We came to enjoy the roads for beautiful bike rides. The place is quiet, peaceful and perfectly suited for resting after long outings. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and located in an ideal setting for cyclists, with great roads and little traffic. The host was extremely responsive and very friendly, always available to answer our questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. The views are beautiful. A pleasure each morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place and perfect for cycling, this is a must-see. Thank you Ana.

We had a setback with the check-in time but upon arriving at the building, Lola's husband was already waiting for us and he was very respectful, attentive and I explain the functionalities of the apartment with details. The stay in the apartment was great. The building has direct access to the beach, which makes it very easy if you are going with small children and looking for more tranquility. The pool is great and has a kiosk in case you need to eat something quickly.

Very nice apartment, very quiet, nice garden and close to the beach. We worked remotely and the wifi worked well. The kitchen has everything you will need. Jean-François is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.
