We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

The location of the house is fantastic. Very close to the beach, and right across the street from a supermarket and two restaurants. We rented a car, but ended up walking most places. There are great beach toys and inflatables in the garage that we were able to use, my kid was very happy. This was our first visit to Mallorca and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Carmen was incredibly responsive, kind, and always available whenever we had a question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings and thoughtful touches – from fresh fruit and cold water in the fridge to the fully equipped kitchen and the nice small things like the cacti in the batbroom . The location is ideal: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. It’s rare to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. We felt completely at home from the first minute and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-standard stay. As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

The location is hard to match: next to the beach and the pool. The large terrace and two bathrooms are also an asset. Everything within walking distance (shop, restaurant). Super smooth communication with the host. Recommended!

This villa is gorgeous! The house has everything you want in a vacation home- good sized living room for large groups, views are beautiful, pool, pool table and other games. Very spacious for our group of 7. We came in town for a wedding and had friends staying in Deià and Palma. It was very tedious to leave every day to see them. The drive to the house is long and winding- only two in our group felt comfortable driving. The area also does not have much for walking around, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on staying at your house on this vacation, but if you are planning on sightseeing or wanting more city life, would recommend staying somewhere in Deia or Palma.

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Our stay at the apartment was beautiful. Everything was as described and in the pictures, everything clean and in a top location. Absolute recommendation.

The house is exactly as in the pictures. Spectacular view, comfortable beds and bathrooms, very quiet area, well equipped and close to many beautiful beaches. Oliver is friendly and responds promptly. I recommend it.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

This is one of the best experiences I have to travel Roberto was a very welcoming and friendly sunny host who was patient and attentive to provide us with guidance and service always responded promptly after something went wrong! His RV is cozy, clean, tidy, decoration style unique for me and my partner driving it to a lot of nice views Recommended! Recommended! Recommended! I recommend this host and his place to anyone!

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

The views from this house were absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed for a family of 6 and was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Modern, bright, generously sized house. The private pool is a real highlight! A sandy beach is a few minutes walk away and also a few hidden coves with turquoise waters can be reached with a walk. An absolute recommendation is also the Dragon Caves in Porto Cristo (best to book a timeslot beforehand). The downside is the garbage collection that everyone (!) Day around 1 am and 7 in the morning the containers located in front of the house empty...

Fantastic stay & amazing hosts

It's a fantastic place to be! The view is beautiful and there is often a nice cool breeze which is very pleasant with the hot temperatures. Everything is within walking distance, the supermarket, the beach, restaurants and even the popular Stadium 63 is literally next door. The host is very nice and picked me up from the airport. I enjoyed my stay here!!
