Located on the beachfront, on the top floor, it offers the best panoramic sea views of the entire Gandía beach. The property was recently renovated in February; everything is brand new and fully equipped. It has a double room with a 150-cm bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Crib available under request. Fibre Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Air conditioning. Dishwasher. Located in the best part of the beach, with all the restaurants and amenities close by.

Very quiet area, away from noise and with many nearby services such as restaurant, cafeteria, bakery, supermarket, newspaper, etc. Bus stop nearby. Equipped with air conditioning and heating. Kitchen equipped with countertop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Very bright and well ventilated. It's a fourth floor without an elevator.

Nice apartment at Gandía Beach

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can enjoy a wide range of restaurants and food, it is ideal for families and for young people site as it has a great atmosphere of bars. It has bus service to go to town and supermarkets nearby as well as a variety of activities. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups, and pets. We don't rent to groups of young people.
