Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Platis Gialos

What an apartment overlooking the sea with no road in front. Every morning we would go out and have a swim in the sea Panagiotis was probably the best host we have ever rented from. Friendly, responsive and super helpful. His family were also lovely We arrived to wine, water, coffee and his mum’s delicious home made jam The flat itself is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Large outdoor space, beautiful interior and all you would need in terms of amenities from a Airbnb It is walking distance to the port (5 minutes) and Tinos town where you will find supermarkets, bakeries and an abundance of restaurants We will definitely be returning

Excellent séjour, très contentes de ce logement. Seul bémol, nous sommes en dessous de la piscine qu'on entend pas mal depuis la chambre le soir / la nuit (bruit d'eau). Très propre et bel endroit, belle vue mer, superbe terrasse privative, espace piscine très agréable, bonne communication avec l'hôte, place de parking privative... On recommande ! Nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir !

Maria was extremely helpful and friendly, the place was very welcoming with some little treats left out for us. Maria provided some excellent local recommendations. the roof terrace is lovely for sitting out with a coffee or even having a sunbathe. very walkable for everywhere you might need. would recommend 👍🏻

Wir wurden herzlich von Daniella begrüßt, die uns Alles gezeigt hat. Zimmer und Einrichtung entsprechen den Bildern, die Kochnische war ausreichend ausgestattet für Steak und Risotto. Im Kühlschrank war neben einer Minibar genügend Platz für eigene Einkäufe. Weiterhin stand eine kleine Nespressomaschine zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick auf den Pool war tagsüber traumhaft und abends mit Beleuchtung magisch! Viel Zeit haben wir trotzdem nicht dort verbracht, da der Strand lediglich 150 m entfernt war. Das Haus war stabil; auch bei stärkerem Wind hat nichts geklappert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Alles in allem können wir nur Gutes über unseren Urlaub hier berichten und sind einfach rundum glücklich :)

Aggelos and his Dad Paris were exemplary, they were helpful in every way possible, suggesting local takeaways, beaches and even picked us up from the restaurant late night and dropped us to the villa. Paris doubled up as our ever smiling photographer and made sure we were comfortable, the morning breakfast was delicious and wholesome, I would definitely recommend the Navy blue suites.

Excellent from start to finish. Met us at the end of the road, opposite port, sent pic of where she would be. lovely greeting & showed us around & helped in everyday. the appartment was spotless & well equipped. We were travelling the islands on a budget so therefore cooked our own meals. Everything was there that we needed. even extras, salt, pepper, herbs, even complimentary melba toast, butter, jams, coffee. cream & water. Full oven, fridge freezer, kettle etc. table & chairs in kitchen area. Bathroom was small but we coped well & always hot water from solar panels. Shampoo etc too. Soft towels. The bed was king-size & was very comfortable, with dressing table, stool & large mirror. Sofa was also comfortable with tv. There were 2 balconies, 1 with table & chairs. Air-con & WiFi was good. The area was very clean & quiet. Location was excellent., for port & buses. Supermarket, bakery, bars & cafes. Town was 10 min walk to the heart of everything. Can't say her praises enough.

Lovely sea-view apartment with an outdoor shower and private terrace. Has all necessary amenities including a small kitchen and total of two showers (one inside, one outside). Location is within few minutes walking distance to a local beach and a mini market. Highly recommended apartment in Ornos, Mykonos.

We had a wonderful stay at Eftyhia's place! She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Her recommendations for the best spots to visit and the tastiest local food were spot on. She also spoiled us with some delicious homemade pastries—such a lovely touch! The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Its central location made it super convenient to get around the island—everything was easily accessible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm host and a comfortable stay!

The views were amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. All of the popular spots are at least 15 minutes away from the Airbnb, you can use Uber but it will be easier to rent a car or a four wheeler

Great Airbnb experience ! Irini’s house is a beautiful traditional Tinos house built by her husband. It has all the necessary comfort with great attention to details. Beds are excellent and you will find everything you need. While not speaking English, communication with Irini was still easy thanks to her kindness and hospitality. The terrace is large and very pleasant with a beautiful sea view. The house is located 40 meters away from a lovely traditional family taverna where the cooking is particularly excellent compared to other similar spots on the island. All this made our stay (with 3 kids) a great Airbnb experience, we highly recommend !

Εξαιρετική επιλογή! Ολοκαίνουριος και πεντακάθαρος χώρος με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση. Φωτεινό με θέα, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και με εύκολη πρόσβαση καθώς και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετηκότατος πολύ φιλικός και πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμος. Μας βοήθησε ακόμη και με προσωπικό πρόβλημα που είχαμε με το όχημα μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφθούμε. Φυσικά συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα..

Virkelig skøn lejlighed og udsigten var bedre end billederne viste. Dimos var sød og svarede altid hurtigt. Lejligheden ligger tæt på stranden og byen. Lejligheden kan klart anbefales!

Un hôte très disponible et un très bon accueil. Le logement est excellent, très confortable avec une belle vue et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per l'isola di mykonos, host super disponibile e comprensivo anche quando l'ultima notte abbiamo fatto un bel po' di casino. Tutto il resto perfetto esattamente come da descrizione, casa fornita praticamente di tutto, unica nota é la lontananza dal centro della vita di mykonos per cui vi servirà un mezzo per muoversi (noi avevamo le macchine e in casa c'è posto per parcheggiarle) ma é una zona molto tranquilla, ben fornita di tutto e molto vicina a spiagge meravigliose. altamente consigliato.

Όμορφος χώρος, κοντά στο λιμάνι και μέσα στη χώρα. Υπεράνετα μαξιλάρια και καλό πιστολάκι (μην κουβαλάτε) Πάμε στα σημαντικά: ο Πέτρος άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Μας πρότεινε από μόνος του άφιξη νωρίτερα και αναχώρηση αργότερα από το προγραμματισμένο (εφόσον δεν υπήρχαν άλλες άμεσες κρατήσεις) Ακομη, επειδή η θερμοκρασία έπεσε αναπάντεχα, μας πρόσφερε επιπλέον κουβερτα-παπλωμα πριν καν το σκεφτούμε. Εάν βρεθούμε στο νησί πάλι,θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε Ευχαριστουμε πολύ Πέτρο!!

Απίστευτη φιλοξενία καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό με εξαιρετική θέα στην θάλασσα και αρκετή ησυχία το συνιστο ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους για ευχάριστες διακοπές

Host cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Siamo rimaste molto suddisfatte sul nostro alloggio , pulito , ampio, tranquillo e con una vista mozzafiato. La zona è abbastanza comoda poiché in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le diverse parti dell’isola, consiglio però di affittare un mezzo di trasporto per una maggiore comodità. Consigliatissimo, speriamo di tornarci presto!

The accomodation matches the description and on top of that the host is very friendly, helful, responsive. The place is very clean with enough facilities for few days of summer vacation. While is close to the bus that can take you to the main city of Andros every hour (for 2 eur/person in Aug 2024) I find advisable to have a car or scuter to be able to fully explore the island. There are very good restaurants at walkable distance in Kionia if you prefer a more quiet atmosphere compared to the vibe of Andros city. Overall a very good experience that I recommend.

Superbe vue a couper le souffle sur la mer Egee et le port de Mykonos!!!! Spectacle magnifique dont ne se lasse pas de jour comme de nuit🙏 Accueil parfait et efficace ! Logement idéal pour les vacances ! Environnement très serein ! Impératif d avoir un moyen de locomotion pour savourer la beauté de Mykonos :ses restaurants au port ou ailleurs et se rendre aux superbes plages de l l’île😉

Nice apartment. Lovely outdoor space. About a 15 walk to paraga beach but wouldn’t do it at night.
