A stunning view over the sea. The house is large, with great terraces to enjoy the view. Yes there are quite a few steps and the entrance to the house is about 200m from the parking space, accessible by a walk on the beach. But you quickly get used to this and once the occasional beachgoers are gone, you have the whole sea/beach for yourself and complete silence! This is so precious when you come from a big city like London. There are a few restaurants at Kymi Beach and others at Kymi village up the hill. The roads on Evia are small and windy but the landscape is stunning. There are a few waterfalls you can walk to that are absolutely superb. A very enjoyable stay at Sofia’s family house!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described, with a fantastic location that made everything easily accessible. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
