Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Our 3-star accommodation is called "Gîte La Basse Cour" it is located in a quiet and peaceful hamlet between valleys, forests and bodies of water, in the Aube department, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe. We are 1.5 hours from Paris, 40 minutes from Sens and 30 minutes from Troyes. In the countryside, but close to many shops and a market twice a week 2.5 kilometers from the cottage. This independent and well-equipped house will be an ideal stopover for families or groups of friends.
