Four guests stay in comfortable double rooms with double beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The fantastic combined kitchen/living/dining area, the lovely balcony and the small garden are impressive. One parking space on the property is available free of charge. The location is fantastic! A great base for hiking and visiting wine taverns.

The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.
