From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Das Haus liegt in Planegg einem Vorort von München in einem Wohngebiet mit Familienhäusern. Viele Restaurants und Biergärten sowie Gasthäuser und Geschäften finden sie in der nahen Einkaufsstraße (300m). Sie erreichen München oder den Starnberger See in der anderen Richtung mit der S-Bahn S6 in 20 Minuten.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The apartment, newly built in 2020, is centrally located in the quiet residential district in the south of Munich. In addition to a new bathroom with shower & toilet, you can expect a fitted kitchen, dining table, coffee and tea as well as all the necessities of daily life. Very nice bright and well-maintained apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.
