Es erwartet Sie eine grosszügige Wohnung mit Terrasse und einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche mit 2 Schlafzimmer, Esszimmer, neues Badezimmer und extra Toilette mit Waschmaschine. Das Haus liegt in Planegg einem Vorort von München in einem Wohngebiet mit Familienhäusern. Viele Restaurants und Biergärten sowie Gasthäuser und Geschäften finden sie in der nahen Einkaufsstraße (300m). Sie erreichen München oder den Starnberger See in der anderen Richtung mit der S-Bahn S6 in 20 Minuten.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Very nice bright and well-maintained apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.

A quiet studio under the roof of a listed 1889 building, right in the middle of Westend — arguably Munich's most alive neighbourhood — and still calm enough to sleep with the window open. Two minutes to the U4/U5, four minutes to the Theresienwiese. Made for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping in the noise. Worth knowing up front: fourth floor, no lift. In return you get a separate toilet.
