For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Das Haus liegt in Planegg einem Vorort von München in einem Wohngebiet mit Familienhäusern. Viele Restaurants und Biergärten sowie Gasthäuser und Geschäften finden sie in der nahen Einkaufsstraße (300m). Sie erreichen München oder den Starnberger See in der anderen Richtung mit der S-Bahn S6 in 20 Minuten.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Very nice bright and well-maintained apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.
