Cozy cottage Hampton Beach Hampton, NH

No pets please. sleeps 4Close to attractions. 5 minute walk to the beach. If you walk to the right to the ocean there is a public restroom to use. also, restaurants and casino ball room is just 3 miles away. If you walk to the left to the ocean there is an amazing beach and a little less people where the kids can find crabs, play in the sand or just swim. There is not any restrooms on this side. Another Great place to visit that is a 15 min drive is down town Portsmouth, nh. lots to do there.

The surf shop and cafés are a 5 minute walk and the studio cottage has built in storage racks for your boards. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! The studio is equipped with a microwave/refrigerator, bar-sink and counter for prepping and enjoying lite meals.

We are in the perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle of Hamptons strip but just a 5 minute drive to all of the action. Why pay for parking when you can just walk across the street to a great sandy beach or walk to the beach plum for ice cream and lobster rolls.

Rye Studio with 4 min walk to Wallis Sands Beach .

We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax with a cold drink on your circular patio and gaze out over a sea of ferns in the state forest at the rear of our property. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
