With the mansions, one of which houses the Archaeological Museum, beaches, restaurants, bars. It is just 30 meters from the sea and 150 - 200 meters from the sandy beaches of Monopetro and Shallow Nera. On the other side of the castle the harbor with the taverns and the old cafes.

The house is located in the capital of the island, Myrina. The house is an open plan space and is semi-basement. It can accommodate two or three people, as there are two single beds and a sofa that can be used as a bed. Nearby there are a bakery and two large supermarkets. Also, some of the sights of the island are just a few meters from the house, such as the museum, the castle and the central market with shops. Free parking is provided in the building.
