Le plus une terrasse protégée avec vue sur le jardin de la résidence et sa cuisine équipée. La chambre climatisée équipée d'un bureau, d'un lit Queen Size. La salle de bain est équipée d'un sèche-cheveux, d'un lave linge et d'une douche italienne.
