Beachfront holiday rental in Plage de la Lave

Beautiful, pragmatic apartment in a great environment (Malmosque) - grown fishing district, close to the city centre and especially the sea with various swimming spots just around the corner. Clean. Tasteful, beautiful colours (green, petrol) - the important thing is there. Nice view of the houses and sky. On the weekend, it was a bit noisy in the evening on the street, during the week you could hear the sea quietly next to the seagulls (even if you don't see it). For us, it was great to have 2 'sleeping areas' (bedroom & living room) with a door. Overall: I'd love to do it again!

It is perfect place to stay in Marseille, beautiful surroundings with beach nearby. Everything was clean. I would highlight the seating on balcony - very pleasant. There is bus station (10 minutes from apartment) from which you can go to the city centre.

The place is GREAT! The view is magnificent from the many terraces of the house. Bruno is a very nice host I highly recommend this listing! You can go with your eyes closed .

We had a lovely week of vacation at this large property, with a beautiful exterior and very well maintained by Franck. I confirm: none opposite and a real swimming pool (not a paddling pool or a tiny pool!) just for you. You might even be lucky enough to spot a few visiting squirrels. The house is very well equipped: you will not miss anything. Nearby, you will find all types of shops — small, medium and even very large supermarkets, you will be spoilt for choice. Just 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille, the region also offers many beaches and walks to discover. Muriel and Franck are discreet hosts, but at the same time very available, caring and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little corner of pine forest with us in the heart of Provence!

Beautiful location, we had a super stay! Great having the pool and lovely meeting Figaro a very friendly gorgeous cat.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is contemporary and very clean. The house is very secure and good for families. The bonus was the guest house which would be great if travelling with parents or someone who wanted some quiet apart from a larger group. Pool was very refreshing and enjoyable.

Véronique's valuable advice allowed us to have a perfect stay in Marseille. Ideally located, quiet, studio very consistent with the photos and functional. We would recommend it without hesitation.

This apartment is gorgeous exceeded expectations, looks exactly like the photos. Plenty of cooking amenities, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, pepper, and oil, pots, pans, dishes and even a complementary bottle of wine. Host lives just across the patio so they were available if we needed help. Very cute tortoise lives on the property too 🐢The pool is well kept. There is a small convenience store, pharmacy and and coffee/pizza cafe in walking distance, however please be aware the roads are steep and there are many steps, wouldn’t be suitable for those that struggle with mobility. There is a bus stop nearby too.

What a beautiful stay - our first time to Cassis. The view was amazing! Sacha was literally incredible, her and the housekeeper worked like Trojans in 35 degrees to get us in as early as possible when we had arrived a bit early. What a wonderful and friendly reception we got. She even carried bags for us down the stairs - which were a little tricky, but she must be superhuman! House was spotless and Sacha was so efficient when I texted with questions. Was so brilliantly managed, we were delighted. Did some wonderful cooking in the wonderful kitchen and also BBQ/open fire outside. Was a lovely stay all around. Would come back again for sure. ♥️♥️♥️

Very good experience for our first time with Airbnb. The apartment is very functional and super well located for visiting Marseille. The private parking space and bus stop right in front of the apartment are a real plus.Thanks to Emmanuelle and Renaud for their availability 🙂

This home right in the center of La Ciotat is a beautiful and peaceful oasis. The garden and pool area was so serene and the house is very comfortable and very quiet. All communications were easy and we would certainly go back in a heartbeat. The port is a 5 minute walk, shops are around the corner and the public beach is a short walk too. Wonderful stay!!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed the stay very much, the house has everything you need. You make an effort to create something special. Many little things indicate that the host is making an effort to create something special. The connected diving school brings a maritime atmosphere and you can listen to the conversations while looking at the sea and the island. We had shallow sandy access to the sea via the bay, or jump directly 15 metres in front of your gate into the Mediterranean. Of course, many day guests are there on the weekend. But it is very respectful and friendly. From Monday to Friday, the island belongs to the residents. Fantastic. The restaurant is great, nothing is free but you get great quality, great wines and good service. Audrey is great, was always available and took great care. Thank you. You can park quite well at the port les Goudes from Monday to Friday, it is best then. Thanks also to the hosts. Sabine and Andreas

We had a real crush on this place. Located in an exceptional setting, it offers a breathtaking view of the small fishing port of Les Goudes and the first coves. The neighborhood is both authentic and peaceful, nestled between hills and sea, with small picturesque alleys and a holiday atmosphere. Just a few minutes by shuttle from the Old Port, it is the perfect location to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility of an authentic village. The accommodation itself is charming, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Smooth communication with hosts and flexible check-in. Again, thank you for this enchanted break.

Frédéric is very responsive and patient in explaining what we holidaymakers may not have understood ;) The accommodation is not easy to access in case of heavy traffic but you just have to be patient, manage the reverse, and not be afraid of the uphill road ^^. The accommodation is exactly as described and you feel very good there. Exceptional place to recharge. Thank you for the discovery!

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I don't see anything. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

The apartment is a real dream, the view of the sea is beautiful. It's worth the effort of the steep climb. Everything is comfortably furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. Rudy is very helpful, friendly and was there for us. We were very happy there, thank you!

Perfect holiday accommodation in the heart of the Côte Bleue: charming house with large terrace, very pleasant and perfect location (swimming at the foot of the house, SNCF train station on site, possibility of getting by for several days without a car). The site is really superb, the Calanque de Niolon is like a small village where you can find a small grocery store and excellent restaurants. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful stay. Carole is a peerless host: gracious, attentive, and thoughtful. The pictures give you a clear sense for the cabanon and its amenities. Central Marseille is easily accessible from train station which is short 10 minute walk away. You also have access to beautiful beaches and fantastic hikes along the cote bleu.

Couldn’t recommend this higher. The setting is stunning!
