Pleasant cottage in garden, right in the center.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central place. Very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, market every day, shopping avenue, a small Carrefour Market, bakery) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a 90 cm folding bed. the shower room and separate toilet have a window.

Petite villa en plein centre de La Baule mais au calme car en retrait d’une petite rue. Vous avez votre parking privé et tout est accessible à pied :marché (tous les jours ,sauf le Lundi l'hiver) commerces et plages. La maison est de plain pied avec un petit jardin . Les lits sont faits pour votre arrivée , les serviettes de toilette sont là , il n'y a plus qu'à défaire vos bagages et profiter !
