Ideal para recorrer el cerro a pie. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros y viajeros de negocios.Es un lugar muy íntimo,especial para enamorados.

Estamos en el cerro esperanza, un lugar priviligiado, ya que estamos entre viña del mar y valparaiso; a 10 min de centro de valparaiso y a 15 minutos del centro de viña del mar. Cercano a playas y a todos los atractivos que tiene la ciudad. Cuenta con facil acceso en transporte publico.

Surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax and have a peaceful holiday, although near many coastal villages. You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
