Monthly Rentals in Placentia

The property was very spacious. We found many new features in the kitchen and the bedrooms, and it was beautifully decorated. The pool was very large, and the neighborhood was very nice. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. On the first day, I asked him about something, and they brought it to us in less than half an hour, even though it wasn't their responsibility. I happened to met the host as we were leaving the house, and he was very nice and respectful.

Great place! Super clean and spacious. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The only slight downsides were the limited seating in the living room and super bright lights throughout the house. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wendy’s home was beautiful and extremely spacious and accommodating! She was responsive in a very timely manner yet allowed us privacy to really enjoy the home with our family. The location is great there are a lot of restaurants/grocery stores around so it was very convenient! We will definitely be back next time we decide to vacation in Southern Ca! We stayed in this studio for 2 months and it was really great. The studio is really comfortable and we appreciated the outdoor (small terrace) and we had a private entrance so the studio is completely independant. Robyn and Brian are very reactive and discreet hosts. They had always solution or proposition to our requests. We recommend it !
