Komplett renovierte und voll ausgestattete Garconniere im Ortskern von Pitsidia. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Unweit befinden sich Restaurants und Kaffees. Der wunderschöne Komo Strand ist ca 2.5 km entfernt. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine nagelneue Einbauküche mit gesamtem Küchensortiment. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auch vorhanden. Der berühmte Ort Matala ist ca 4 km entfernt. Ideal für zwei Personen aber auch für drei tauglich, da ein Schlafsofa vorhanden ist.

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

The Little Pearl

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. This stylish apartment is located on the edge of the village. The stables of the former Horsefarm Melanouri changed into 2 beautiful apartments (the Melanouri Apartments) and the charm still remains. It invites to relax, stay and cooking. The bath has a rain shower and a lot of space for body care. Outdoors you can daydream or eat under two big olive trees. Parking you will have on our plot.
