Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l’appartement, qui était très moderne et offrait une magnifique vue sur la mer, les montagnes et la piscine de la résidence (destinée aux 4 appartements). L’intérieur et les espaces extérieurs étaient très propres. L’appartement disposait de tout ce dont on avait besoin et la literie est très confortable. Les moustiquaires disposées sur chaque fenêtre est également un point positif. La maison est située dans un petit village très calme, hormis quelques rares passages d’avions militaires au-dessus de la résidence durant notre semaine (je précise que nous ne voyons pas ni n’entendons pas les autres avions malgré la proximité avec l’aéroport). Le logement se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture de La Canée. La voiture reste nécessaire pour les déplacements, et peut être garée facilement dans la résidence. Aussi, notre hôte a été très disponible et réactif pour chaque question que nous avions pu avoir. Nous recommandons fortement.

We had a great stay with Nikos and his family! The place was a 5-10 min drive from the airport, 20 min drive to the city center, 15 min walk to the local beach, and 10 min walk to the local tavern and grocery. Very convenient! From when we checked in, Nikos was a huge help from sending food recommendations and connecting us with a driver. The apartment and casa were clean, homely, and beautifully taken care of. We highly recommend this place!

Nemia Residential Resort was absolutely stunning. The Villa was clean, beautiful, comfortable and really well stocked with eveything you’d need. The concierge type service to book taxis, restaurant recommendation was responsive. We were also met ok check in and out making a lot easier for us. The swim area is lovely with a fantastic view. The supermarket and Port/Town is just 20 min drive. We will definitely stay again for our annual ladies trip

Wow! This was the nicest place we have ever stayed in! Dimitrios has thought of everything with the build on this home. Beautiful lighting throughout, infinity pool, 5 suites, movie room, workout area, and more. This should be a 6 out of 5 stars! Stay here and you will love it.
