Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

The accommodation is of older standard with some more modern furniture such as the family bed, sofa and kitchen table. The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Cottage with fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, as well as garden furniture with outdoor grill, bed linen and towels are available and bicycles that you can borrow. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.
