Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. A toilet (water-soluble toilet) Separett) is available next to the Fireplace Room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood-fired sauna trailer. SEK 520/night/1 person, then SEK 190/night for each extra guest

Farm houses

Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

Here you can walk 10 minutes along the beach to Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The beautiful nature reserve next to the studio offers many beautiful walking and cycling paths. På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.

Huset renoverades invändigt våren 2023. I huset finns två sovrum och ett stort kök, sovplatser för 6 personer ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med en våningssäng och en utdragbar dagbädd. I närheten finns vackert belägen badsjö med lekpark samt en mysig gårdsbutik.
