Guest house on small island, nice sea view

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant calm on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outside, there is a jacuzzi that is 38 degrees all year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. In winter, we can arrange guided snowmobile tours and ice fishing.

The guesthouse is a freestanding building with its own access road and parking spaces. (The host couple live in a house next door) In Hortlax, there is a grocery store, flower shop and pizzeria. Here you are close to both swimming and outdoor activities, there are many nice hiking trails in summer and in winter the ski track is behind the corner. Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private terrace with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat controls on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warmly welcome ! Ulrika
