The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farmland with nice landscapes, with the cities 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village there are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and quiet area with the forest and snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.
