Holiday rentals with beach access in Pitahaya

We had a great stay! Close to the rainforest and the beach, with a nice terrace front and back, 100% recommend.

Mark was a very friendly and accommodating host. His place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool! Place was clean and in a great location. The building could use some updating (not Mark's fault). And I would say if you're scared of heights, this probably isn't the condo for you. But if you're not, what a view!

We've stayed a lot of places through Airbnb and Carlos' place is a stand out find. Carlos himself is like having a concierge - if there's 'Airbnb University' Carlos should be teaching. The place is ideally located, squeeky clean, and a true home away from home. Beach towels provided, easy parking, well equipped kitchen and great AC. We'll be back - often.

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

We had such a great time staying here! The apartment was super clean and comfy, and the balcony views were amazing. Had everything needed for my husband, 1 year old and myself. It’s in a great location, really close to beautiful beaches and tons of great restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Salvador was super responsive and always answered in a timely manner. Would 100% stay here again!

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

The apartment was spotless and very cozy. The bed was so soft and comfortable. I actually lifted the sheets to find the manufacturer’s name. I intend to purchase the same mattress for my home. The location was good if want to stay outside of San Juan. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Graciela was very attentive and responsive. She gave us a list of activities we can do during our stay. Carabali Rainforest was mentioned and its a 10 min drive from the apt. It’s a lot to do there. We did the UTV excursion. But there’s horseback riding, ATVs, go-karts etc. She’s a great host! I would most certainly stay here again!

I stayed here with my family and we were amazed by this Airbnb from the moment we opened the door. Everything was sparkly clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. The host was great and got back to us quick with any questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The house was very spacious and clean. The host provides all the essential necessities.

We absolutely loved staying at Rosa’s. The home, especially the yard are more beautiful than the pictures. It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, but still close to all of the fun activities. Rosa was kind, very responsive, and helpful. We’ve traveled to many airbnbs throughout the US, Europe, & South America, and this was truly one of our favorites! We would highly recommend and would love to visit again one day!

Reiki, meditation and sound baths with crystal sound bowls by the infinity pool with the amazing views were exhilarating and relaxing at the same time as we watched both the sunrise and then the sunset! Master Suewoo loves you!

Great spot for a base camp for exploring the NE part of the island. We had 2 families of 4 and were pleased with everything: the space, the amenities, the communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Cydmary is the best host I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. She went above and beyond to make my experience for myself and my fiancée who’s first time here in Puerto Rico memorable. The ambience of the air b&b is everything plus more the place was private super clean and it felt like home. Cydmary answered Everytime I called and she went above and beyond to accommodate us in every aspect. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Staying here as me considering even moving out here to Puerto Rico. We will sure to let all our friends and family know when they visit to stay here. My fiancée and I will definitely come to visit again and stay here this place is truly amazing. Thank you Cydmary for such a wonderful experience God bless you always !!!!

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Xiomara was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars and access to the beach. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Xiomara and their property highly enough. Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is very spacious, super clean and in a quiet complex. We lost power when on the island and the community is equipped with a generator, so we never missed a beat. Our stay was amazing! Loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and swimming at the pool! Thank you for an amazing stay in PR!

This place was great. All of the amenities listed were as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The days we were there we had some clouds and rain therefore the pool felt a bit cold and the jacuzzi did not have hot water. This is more on the maintenance of the building i belive not the host. It would have been nice but the view made up for it 1000%. The apartment was nice, had plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, really nice balcony to enjoy the views and amazing breeze. PR lost power for several hours and Tania reached out to us immediately to give us additional instructions to navigate the situation. Luckily, the complex has generators so literally other than a quick flicker of the lights its all we noticed. Everything worked in the apartment as if nothing was happening. This was a PLUS! The apartment has everything you need to stay in or to go out from chairs, coolers, toys for the beach or pool! Really loved our stay. Great location to everything you need to do in PR.

I love being in the heart of the culture. It’s not a very touristy location, which I love. The restaurants close by were so good. The walk to the beach was super close and convenient. Ruth’s spot was perfect. Instructions were perfectly laid out, if you aren’t lazy like me to read everything :)

Alfredo's condo is in a great location in Luquillo- walkable to restaurants and on a lovely private beach. The condo is also clean, well appointed and has many nice touches. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, but Alfredo was very quick to communicate and responsive to our situation.

Beautiful place and as described. 20th floor and right on the beach! The laundry and hot tub were closed for renovations. The inside of this apartment is worth the price, small but big enough for 2! Cold a/c and perfect ocean view! Would recommend and would stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The view was breathtaking. Ruthy had ALL the essentials needed at her place. We would definitely come back!
