The house is just a masterpiece! Big, authentic and beautiful!!! I regret I stayed there only 1 night. To fully experience atmosphere and culture you need at least 2 nights. I recommend it 1000%. Thank you very much!

This is a one of a kind hotel. Absolutely stunning hacienda style with ornate details surrounding. The garden and grounds with 350 year old massive tree feels like an old movie. Not to mention you have a direct view of Chicken Itza. We ate at the beautiful restaurant for dinner and breakfast, felt very upscale service and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool after a hot afternoon at the ruins. We also walked the extensive property and saw Toucans, parrots, jack fruit growing and more ruins. You cannot miss this gem. We wished we stayed for more than 1 night.

This is my all time favorite Airbnb! I travel a lot in Mexico as a solo female traveler and the host, his family, and his village were the most incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly people I have met so far. The room was perfect—well organized and accommodating with filtered water and extra blankets. WiFi was fast and I was able to get cell service. I loved walking through the village and taking in the beautiful, peaceful scenery. Lois made us the most delicious breakfast and was so gracious and patient with me and my friend. The surroundings are breathtaking with many trees and plants, and the sky fills with stars at night. I was truly sad to leave the Airbnb and the village. The helpful recommendations Lois provided were invaluable and saved us so much time and energy during the spring equinox at Chichén Itzá. I owe him a debt of gratitude and I cannot wait to take my family to his wonderful corner of the planet. What a truly special place and people! Thank you so much!!
