Monthly Rentals in Piscopio

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Honestly a great stay. Everyone was so helpful with the check in instructions and the place was walking distance from the train station which was so nice. The apartment was clean and beautiful! Lots of hot water, a large living room and two great balconies. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Yes the beach ACTUALLY is a 10 minute walk from the place, unlike many adds saying it’s close. There’s no need for a taxi or anything. The beaches themselves were also beautiful. All in all a great place to stay. Lovely hosts. And a beautiful beach.

Highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and perfectly clean apartment. The house is really much better that in the pictures. A beautiful terrace with garden and sea views. In the house we had all we needed for our stay and the kitchen is well equipped. Alessandro is a very responsive and caring host. He meet us when we arrived and give us all the information needed. And during our stay Alessandro quickly reacted on our questions. Thank you for welcoming and care, Alessandro! We enjoyed very much our stay in the apartment and recomend it with pleasure!

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️
