Funciona con agua de pozo profundo y energía solar, por lo que pedimos cuidar los recursos. La casa tiene living comedor, cocina, dos piezas matrimoniales, una con camarote, dos baños y piscina para disfrutar (sin protección para niños, se recomienda supervisión). En el terreno viven 2 perros amistosos que acompañan la estadía.
