It was a wonderful holiday. We were here with our 7-month-old son. The property was clean, tidy, and generous. Michaela was the perfect host. She had a qualified response to every request and was very helpful and always kind. It has also embellished our holiday. The place is a bit more secluded, which was perfect for us. It is wonderfully quiet and you can relax wonderfully after the day trips. The pool is covered, which has made it perfect for our toddler needs. But even without children, it is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It was a completely successful vacation. We recommend the place and of course Michela warmest. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We stayed at Villa Fedora on Easter weekend and it was a great experience. Mrs. Germana, her husband and their dog welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality: the apartment is very clean, small but comfortable, well heated and immersed in a beautiful flower garden while being in an extremely central position in the village. Our little dog was greeted with open arms by both humans and very sweet Penny, and she was able to walk anywhere without a leash, as if we were at home. We also particularly appreciated the recommendations on hiking trails and the terrace - solarium. Undoubtedly a repeat experience!

Nice place in a quiet location. Clean, well maintained complex with parking. The operators of the small gastronomy business on the premises are really very nice and tangible at all times in case you need anything. We felt comfortable right away!

Responsive host, promptly fixed the hairdryer issue. Convenient location for me who had to go to the Cisanello Hospital, a comfortable and spacious home. Positive experience.

Although the house hadn't been recently renovated, it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Ample free parking in the condominium. The center of Pisa is easily accessible by car in about 15 minutes. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was easy. Overall, a positive experience.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom (Type N2) as a couple. The space was private and surroundings very peaceful, equipped with a garden and patio furniture to sit outside. Everything stated in the listing is provided. Roberta kindly let us check in early with no fee. The location is outside of the city so public transportation is required (10min to the station) otherwise a 50min walk to the station. However it is within 5min walking distance to a local grocery store with great prices so we utilized the kitchen well at Roberta's place, which is also well equipped. Overall we had a good experience here and would stay again. Thank you Roberta!

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Torino! The staff were so helpful and kind, and the room was really comfy. It was r free eat to have a kitchen so we could store some food and prep when we wanted a break from going out to eat, though all the local restaurants we went to were so wonderful! We used the pool and tennis courts which were so fun, and the laundry was very helpful. It helps to have a car if you want to do any excursions from the resort. Would recommend to anyone!

This villa is beautiful, peaceful, and truly Tuscan—cozy, charming, with amazing views. We stayed as a family of seven, and even the kids loved it, especially the playground and ping-pong table. October was perfect with warm, sunny days, and we enjoyed the pool for a refreshing dip. Mornings with coffee on the terrace, looking at the mountains or going for walks, were unforgettable. The location was great for visiting other Tuscan cities, usually within 1-2 hours’ drive. Montaione is a small, charming town with a nice market on certain days and a convenient Coop for groceries. The internet connection wasn’t great, especially in mountainous areas, but the WiFi worked in most parts of the villa.

Great stay in casa Verniano!! I thank the hosts for their kindness and professionalism. We didn't want to leave as well as the children. The Brucco apartment was very nice and large. The cottage is beautiful with its swimming pool, dining area and the small farmhouse is a treat. The location to visit the tocane is perfect, not too far from all the cities to visit. The products and wine are very good. We hope to be able to return to relax at the casa Verniano again! Thank you very much, the Favre-Taylaz family.

Absolutely fantastic stay for two weeks. The apartment and grounds are immaculate and Sarah and her team are so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The grounds are beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The pool is amazing in a beautiful setting. We saw some amazing sunsets in this very peaceful and tranquil location. It felt like a retreat. Perfect location for getting out and about in a car with so many places to visit. We tended to stay away from the tourist trap hilltop villages and this paid off as there were not the crowds of people, and we saw some stunning places and had some wonderful food and wine!. Loved the location just inside Porto San Matteo gate. Loved that our apt was right lovely courtyard on main level.

Luigi was always highly responsive and easy to work with. He was flexible working around my schedule which was very nice. The residence is very comfortable and highly functional.
