It sits on the more quiet side of the lake, but is just a few minutes walk from many attractions around Indian Lake! There is a private backyard set up for entertaining and plenty of parking. Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
