Comfortable 1 bedroom semi-detached unit. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Ros was a friendly attentive host, happy to meet new people and tell them about the area. Easy walk to shops and a short drive to major tourist attractions. Ideal base to explore this beautiful area.

Nice little property. Private location. Amazing quiet garden. Close to main attractions. Very friendly hosts who always went out of their way with our enquires etc about the area (prior to our arrival and whilst staying there). Highly recommend this b&b to others.

Jacqui's place exceeded our expectations for a week long stay in Launceston and we'd can't wait to return! It can be challenging to make a studio space feel like spacious home, but Jacqui has done just that. The details are all well managed and thoughtfully planned so simple tasks like laundry and cooking don't feel cramped or annoying. The added patio space was a delight for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, and the high ceilings and huge windows really made it feel like a much bigger space. This wasn't your typical airbnb with the economy ikea furnishings, it was renovated to feel like a luxury accommodation. Jacqui was a great host and responded quickly to all messages with helpful info. Thanks!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Ros & Suze communicated quickly, check-in was easy with a keypad, the villa was lovely and clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the comfy beds, great shower and peaceful location!! Thanks for having us Ros & Suze!! xx
