Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pioneer Valley

I could not recommend this enough. The right mix of updated and original. Kitchen was fully redone and lots of space. The back gardens were great and we would walk into town daily. Very close to Smith College. 4 out of 4 stars!

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the animals and mountains. Host was nice and accommodating.

I've stayed at many air bnb's and this is my favorite. The house is inviting, warm, beautiful and comfortable. It provided a wonderful environment to rest and renew. The kitchen is filled with light and looks out onto the yard which is green and host to lovely birds and bird song. The patio was also inviting and comfy for a meal or to sit with a cup of tea/glass of wine and unwind or read a book. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and within easy walking distance to downtown. The host Louisa has paid attention to every detail to ensure an easy and very comfortable stay. i highly recommend!!!

This is our second time staying in The Farmhouse, and our 5th or 6th time booking with Ginny. This property is very relaxing, we brought our three dogs and they loved the backyard. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed breakfast on the farmers porch. The hot tub was nice. It’s a quick drive to downtown NoHo, Florence and EastHampton. So much to do in this area. We highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful ! We love old houses and antiques and it was the perfect spot for us! We were easily able to walk to get breakfast and coffee in the morning. My husband is a very light sleeper and had a very good night sleep it was a very quiet property to be at !

We were very comfortable and felt very home like at Brodys place. The muffins were delicious and the house was clean and comfortable. Would be best suited for a family with younger children. Two bedrooms with one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has bunk beds. The yard was manicured very nicely and we felt welcome. Wish we could have spent a little more time and enjoyed the outdoor space more. Bedrooms are on the second story. Recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in this neck of the woods. There was a bit of a plumbing problem which wasn't the owners fault at all. We hope it all worked out.

This first floor apartment is wonderful- homey, well equipped, on a quiet friendly street with lots of greenery, peaceful and easy. Parking was a breeze in a well marked space and the location is convenient to all things in and around Easthampton and Northampton, with good walking destinations, restaurants, and more. Rocky has many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well outfitted, I was sorry I didn't stay longer to do some cooking there!

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

We had such a great stay! The house was incredibly comfortable—spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It felt private and tucked away, but was still just minutes from family on Christian Lane and so many fun local spots. The yard and gardens were absolutely lovely. We visited Tree House Brewery for amazing beer and pizza, made a stop at Tom’s Hot Dogs, and couldn’t resist a trip to Yankee Candle. It was the perfect mix of cozy, quiet, and convenient. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Amazing stay at Richards. It is like the photographs and so much more. Richard was friendly and helpful and enjoyed sharing his home, sculptures and gardens with others. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great getaway. He has put so much love and energy into his home and property and we are so lucky to be able to enjoy it also. I look forward to returning. A nice escape into the country side of western mass but still close to so many adorable small towns, farms, Northampton and fun little back roads.!!!

Cute room above the brewery was a nice get away for my wife, our little dog, and I. John was friendly and so were all of the other employees and guests. The Irish band was great and the patio by the brewery was very cozy the beers were also delicious too. The room itself was spacious and well furnished with a good size bed and additional day bed. Fun weekend get away for all ages.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Great place to stay. There are no Ubers the week we stayed there and we should have rented a car. But the place was great.

I had a great experience at Erin's place. Everything about the experience was enjoyable. The home was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Great little touches like a Bluetooth radio and record player were appreciated. The gym and pool amenities were pristine. We look forward to staying there again.

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rafael's condo. The space was very clean and comfy, and exactly matched the description and photos posted here. The fireplace was a great draw, too. If you're planning on skiing at Mt. Snow, the Moover shuttle bus stop is located right outside of this building, which made for a very convenient and quick way to get to Mt. Snow for my family of 4. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Christine was a great host. The condo was as described. The place was clean and well organized, very cute and cozy. Christine was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and very clean space! We had the most wonderful long weekend at Goran's apartment. He was so responsive and super friendly... cannot recommend enough. We will be back!

Perfect location to mt snow.. right across the street. It's an older complex but had everything we needed for a few days of skiing.. would rent again
