Preciosa casa, piscina privada climatizada, en El Tosalet, zona exclusiva, muy tranquila y bien comunicada a 5 minutos en bici o en coche de bonitas playas y de bares y restaurantes. Ven a disfrutar del estilo de vida Mediterraneo. Increíbles vistas al mar, 4 habitaciones y 4 baños en suite más otra también con su baño que tiene acceso desde la piscina y tiene una altura de techo y entrada reducida. Climatización por suelo radiante y aire acondicionado, Wifi de 100MB, huerto y árboles frutales.

Poolhouse, magisch, rust, ruimte

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Prachtige omgeving, groot verwarmd zwembad ( tegen betaling in de winter verwarmd) in grote tuin met zitjes en jeu de boulle baan. Ideale ligging om te wandelen, fietsen, cultureel en culinair te genieten, golfen het strand te bezoeken en nog veel meer. Het appartement is een tweekamerappartement met zeer comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer en daarmee geschikt voor 4 personen. Het heeft een eigen opgang los van de villa.
