This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

The unit has 2 floors, with a bedroom and a bathroom on each level for comfort. 15min drive to Berkeley, 30min to SF and 40 min to wineries in Sonoma. Please note, this unit is the bottom of a duplex with private entrance and self checkin lock.
