Monthly Rentals in Pinnacle Mountain

This is a great house, as well as LIz & Sam being great hosts. We stayed in their house for 8 months while my house was undergoing a renovation. The house was exactly as it was portrayed. It has a nice backyard and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is small enough to be quaint, but has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and plenty of area to cook, eat, and gather. Liz and Sam took care of items as needed and were always prompt to respond. If you are in need of a house in Maumelle, I would HIGHLY recommend looking at this one. Great for both long and short-term stays.

Great home for our family. 9 adults and plenty of space for everyone. In town for our daughter’s wedding and home was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club for all the last minute purchases. Home was fully stocked to make cooking dinner a breeze. Quiet location other than the laughter coming from the living room. Enjoy the home and swinging on the front porch swing!

We were in town for a wedding. This location was perfect to the venue. The casita was in the most beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. We met and visited with Bob. He was so fun. The casita was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We cooked meals and enjoyed the peacefulness during a day of rain!!! This was a great place to stay. If we ever get back this way we will most definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful 2days! Your place is just beautiful . Maybe next time it will be warm enough to swim. God Bless!
