The Annexe is a bright, quiet and comfortable modern self contained space with a private entrance and parking on the drive. Broadclyst village has two popular pubs both serve great food and are only a 10min stroll there is also a post office and corner shop. The Cathedral City of Exeter is a 15min drive and is also easily accessible by bus from Broadclyst. Close to Airport but away from flight path, easy access to A30 and M5. It's in Heavitree, about a 5 min drive from J29 on the M5, 10 min east of the city centre and about the same west of the airport, 15 min from St David's railway station and the university. There is off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby. There is a double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.
