Holiday rentals with a patio in Piney Flats, Sullivan County

I rented this apartment for my daughter and grandson who were visiting for a baseball tournament the place was clean my daughter said she felt safe and enjoyed there time at fox den. Will definitely stay here again. Christy was a great host and very attentive thanks for having a great safe clean space for them to enjoy this past weekend

Just returned from a long weekend staying at this Air BnB. Overall, it is in a wonderful and charming neighborhood within walking distance from downtown JC. Perfect spot to get away and unplug. We enjoyed the coffee at Fearless and OMG the food at Lazy Lady Bakes bakery (downtown) is also tremendous. This location is perfect just for that establishment alone. Do yourself a favor and book this Air BnB!

Loved it! It’s nestled about 15 minutes away from downtown. Good size for the price. The only odd thing was there was cookware but nothing to cook on. Will stay here again if we visit again.

Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The apartment is stunning, comfortable, close to all the downtown shops and not one single detail was forgotten. Everything was over and above even to the extent that there are little lights in the doggie rooms. I love it! I will definitely stay here again next time Im in the area.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They were very well organized throughout the living arrangements with over the top instructions for everything. Most well put together place I might add. Very nice and attentive couple! Thank you and see you next year hopefully!

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

Anthony was a great guy to rent from he was always on top of things when we had a problem!

Overall very happy with the space. The hallway and stairs are old wood and thus a little squeaky, but this was no issue for us. Very spacious, nice hangout areas, and overall very enjoyable. This was the first year in Bristol we decided to go with an AirBnB, and this one was so much better than the hotel we will likely try to rebook it each year.

Great stay! The house is beautiful and spacious for groups of people. Highly recommend staying here as it is worth the price and very cozy!

The house was super clean and easy to access with the provided directions. We felt safe in the area, and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The house has a few quirks and feels dated in some ways, but it didn’t cause any issues and we were very comfortable. We would stay here again and hope to on our next visit to JC!

This was our second stay here and it was just as fantastic this time. This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in - responsive hosts, amazing house, perfect location. 10/10.

Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this may be one of my favorites! The space was ADORABLE and perfect for myself, my husband, and our two large dogs. The private trail connecting to the Tweetsie Trail was so convenient! The space itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could want. I highly recommend booking this place, you won’t regret it!

The house was great; there is a small grass hill to walk up and about five stairs to enter the back door, which my 77 year old MIL was able to handle. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were a variety of toiletries provided. Ikey was also very kind and allowed us to stay late after checkout because we were dealing with a flat tire. In all, it was a higher quality stay than I’ve had before in the Tri Cities.

This home is exactly as advertised and our host, Hugo, was extremely responsive. The instructions were detailed and check out was a breeze without complicated to-do lists. The highlights of this listing for our family were the foosball table/ arcade games, peaceful dining room with wooded views and well appointed space (coffee maker with pods, extra towels/pillows/blankets, laundry pods, for pit, etc.). We would definitely return!

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Not only was everything in great condition the place was spotless. I let them know it was my brothers birthday and they had a cupcake waiting for him when he arrived. It was close to a lot of hiking and walking trails and would have been a perfect location if it was winter and we were skiing as well. Harmony was super responsive and her details for checking in and checking out made everything so smooth. I will book here again.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Spacious townhouse with plenty of the basic supplies. Beds are comfortable. Place is exactly as shown in the photos. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at The Nest! Rita was a great host and the space was exactly as shown in the photos. Environment was relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely book with her again the next time we're in Bristol.

Perfect! It was everything we needed. This was a very quiet & restful place for us to stay while visiting family in the area!
